"In a word, Lou’s work is simply exquisite! I’ve been with Lou for two years and I have never been disappointed. She takes time to listen and understand exactly what I want and asks the best clarifying questions so I never doubt we’re on the same page. Her attention to detail is impeccable, which means she always goes the extra mile so that her work is flawless. Keep in mind, to get high quality service like you do from Lou, it takes time and patience. While you might sit a little longer than in your run of the mill “fast food” salon, it’s 1,000% worth it because of the results.
