She takes time for consultation, nothing is ever rushed, and she makes sure you're both 100% certain of what you want before she gets to work on your hair. I've made some bold hair changes with her that I would never have risked with anyone else, and it's always turned out perfect and been a lot of fun. I could go on all day, but just know she's incredibly talented! Most importantly, she'll never steer you in the wrong direction if something isn't the right move for your hair - she looks out for health, longevity, and style at the same time."

"In a word, Lou’s work is simply exquisite! I’ve been with Lou for two years and I have never been disappointed. She takes time to listen and understand exactly what I want and asks the best clarifying questions so I never doubt we’re on the same page. Her attention to detail is impeccable, which means she always goes the extra mile so that her work is flawless. Keep in mind, to get high quality service like you do from Lou, it takes time and patience. While you might sit a little longer than in your run of the mill “fast food” salon, it’s 1,000% worth it because of the results. I’ve moved a lot which means I’ve had a lot of hairstylists and I can honestly say that I’ve never been truly happy with my hair until now. For someone who’s not great at articulating my vision for my hair, Lou always nails exactly what I wanted and hoped for. Her work is worth every cent that I pay. And she also has taken the time to educate me about how I can best take care of my hair to get better results on my own at home too!
