"Do not accept a car if you see any minor damage, they will tell you to email pictures to document. We did that and they still filed a claim after we dropped the car. Luckily we had videos and picture of the issue and the email was sent at pick up time so Amex and the corporate Hertz office ( this place is not corporate location, it is a franchise) said will take care of it."

"Sign said to go straight to garage. No one was at the garage so after waiting I went back into Airport. Went back to counter where I had to wait a long time again. Then in the middle of my reservation I tried extending my rental. The app kept crashing and telling me reservation not found. I tried calling in and got reminded on hold every 10 seconds by an automated voice that I could extend on the app (which I clearly could not do). Then I was transferred around in circles and their phone system kept disconnecting on me when I tried calling the local branch. A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. This is not like other Hertz locations as it's a private/independent branch apparently that doesn't respect your time and is an incredible waste of energy to deal with. I am typically loyal to Hertz but am going to stay clear of this location moving forward. I still haven't been able to extend my rental or even get in touch with anyone there so I'm making a 2nd reservation with Avis. SUCH A WASTE OF TIME!"

"Ambrehiel helped us when picking up a car over the holiday weekend. They were very friendly, efficient and was able to accommodate our requested drop off time. It's always a pleasure to receive excellent customer service and I just wanted to give a shout out. :)"

"This is a licensee location, and a very poorly run one at that. I've had multiple issues with this location, especially with low staffing at the counter, extremely slow service (10 minutes per customer, with only one employee working), and low vehicle stock. I am a Hertz Gold 5-Star member, and more often than not, the location's Gold booth in the parking garage is not staffed, making Gold members wait in the already giant line inside the terminal. I've had interactions with a number of their employees who somehow believe that giving you a car is literally them doing you a favor. It baffles the mind, when the location is next to industry competitors who are apparently operating at a higher quality level. This site is woefully understocked, understaffed, and incapable of offering decent customer service. Stay away! Rent from another company."

"This is a Licensee office. You will be unable to make changes to your rental beyond what time to drop off. Tried to change my rental drop off to Nashville since I had to go there last minute but was unable to. Would be nice if there was some mention of that when booking. Other than that the people here were courteous."
