"We have had a really horrible experience with this company. They installed out countertops incorrectly to the point that sections of it are more than 1-1/2 inches off!!!! On Friday they said they'd reach out to us first thing Monday and it is now Monday afternoon and the only time we have heard from them is when we reached out to them at 12 noon for an update. They have been completely unprofessional and their failure to respond in the time frame that they themselves set is beyond disreputable. I cannot believe that Lowes would contract with this place to do anything!"
