"If your medical provider offers payment plans through Team Health, DON’T DO IT. They ran all of my payments twice, and I’ve been trying to get a refund for three MONTHS. First, NO ONE will talk to you on the phone. They tell you to email them because they’re a “nationwide” company and apparently can’t be bothered to hire phone support. If you email them, be prepared to wait WEEKS to receive a single response, if you get one. And you’ll be lucky if you get a reply after that one. I’ve provided proof of duplicate charges and payments three times so far, and they ignore me each time. I’ve followed up, and they just keep saying I need to provide proof. I’m so sick of getting this BS runaround."
"I have been trying to contact this location for two days now. The recording that they have does not give me the choice to wait on line to talk to someone. It just says that someone will contact me but they never do. This is an horrible service."
"Edited to add: It gets better. My insurance has told them to bill directly since they have a contract with them. They STILL have not figured out how to do this. They keep sending a bill with a note on it to contact them with the correct billing. HOW MANY TIMES DO I BEED TO DO THIS?? We have contacted them at least 6 times to fix it. I visited an ER out of state and they cannot figure out how to bill my insurance for an out-of-state visit. They literally tried to say I lived in the state but have my correct address which is OBVIOUSLY not in the state. My insurance called them and tried to tell them how they should bill it and was told they know how. Obviously not. On top of it, I should have left with a boot and we found there was a broken bone in my foot weeks later when I came home and pushed my doctor because I could feel something wrong."
"If I could give them 0 stars I would. Though I thanked Beth for helping me understand their ROYAL screw up, she was unpleasant and unapologetic for the mess they made of my account. I submitted payment IN FULL on 11/9/2020 only to receive a collections notice on 12/1/2020. When I called to inquire why, she stated that the payment did not get posted by them until 11/30/2020! 3 freaking weeks later! That is UNACCEPTABLE! This company's billing department needs some SERIOUS quality control and their employees need additional training in customer service!"
"This is absurd. I have a charity discount of 80% on my whole bill. I do not have to pay 900 something dollars in the first place to let a human tell me something was wrong with my back. Now, they have took 80 dollars from me, applied my 80% discount to the balance I had REMAINING. Money hungry people who do not even care for our health. I have other bills to worry about, and need my discount applied WITH the 80 dollars I have already paid. So instead of owing 160 something rn. I should just owe 101, since initially, my discount would have had the balance to 181. Making those 80 dollars I had already paid, PLUS the 40 dollar payment I just made, total my balance to around 60 dollars. I need someone with high authority to talk to. I know I am frustrated, and may be rude, but this is my money you are playing with, MONEY I NEED TO KEEP ME AFLOAT WITH LIFE. All I care about is my credit. I am not going to another health care provider even if I in a worst state. HEALTH CARE SHOULD BE FREE. I HAVE THE RIGHT TO KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON IN MY BODY. DO NOT go to get checked if you do not have Medicaid. The government is corrupted."
