"I have only seen Dr. Jhala once. He seems a good listener and a thorough doctor. However, I believe that he double-books his appointments because sometimes patients are late. On the flip side, when I got there for my appointment, I was told that there are 2 patients ahead of me. I had to wait 50 minutes before being seen. This was a definite negative for me as I really needed to get back to work."

"He did well as far as getting me treated for my stroke symptoms, but once I was admitted to the CCU my home medication was not sent to the pharmacy for me to receive. So for 3 1/2 days I was without any of my medications and I take some psychotropic medications which I can't do without. I was getting very aggressive because of this and still have some problems because of missing those doses. I don't know if he rotated out of the hospital or what but I haven't seen him since the first day I was admitted."
