"This was the worst experience that I’ve had with a beautician. She wanted me to drop off my wig a couple days before the appointment, so we agreed to a date and time. She was 30 minutes late without any heads up. Also didn't nothing apologizing. The day of the appointment, she texted me upon my arrival to say that she needed to push my appointment back an hour because she was running late…and that she wanted cash. So I went to get cash even though I booked the appointment on StyleSeat and was suppose to pay directly through the site. Once I arrived and entered the shop, I immediately noticed that it hadn’t been cleaned recently and there was a piece of meat (I think burger meat) on the floor. Disgusting. The worst part was the wig install. She asked me if I wanted curls, and I say I did. She said that it would be $15 more, but once again didn’t bother to inform me before the appointment. Good thing I got a little extra cash out before the appointment. She didn’t prep the wig in any way so I don’t know why she wanted me to drop it off ahead of time. She used a beige wig cap on my head even though I have brown skin and proceeded to excessively layer an orange-tint foundation on my part. Furthermore, the wig cap was still hanging off on my hairline. I asked her to make the hairline neater and to try to match the part color to my skin, but my this was useless. Nothing she did made it better. I deeply regret coming here for my first wig installation. I will NEVER waste my time or money again here!"
