"Jess at Salon Mercury saved my hair and made my week!! I had a pretty bad dye job at a different salon a few days earlier and Salon Mercury took me in for a very last minute appointment. Then I messed up totally and wrote down the wrong appointment time so I showed up 30 minutes late. Jess really did not have to see me at all after that, I felt so guilty. But she was kind and compassionate and told me it was no trouble. She fixed my hair and I feel so pretty now! So much better than how it started out. I would highly recommend Jess and anyone else at Salon Mercury! The communication between myself and the stylists was great, the atmosphere was fun, and every staff member I interacted with was really awesome."
