"If you are looking for a company to do stamped concrete, run don't walk from the Concrete Guys and the owner, Marc. Worst concrete work ever. Marc told my landscape designer that he could come very close to matching a stamped concrete patio that we were extending in my yard. He not only didn't come close to the original patio, the stamping and finishing of the poured concrete was awful! He dyed the concrete he poured, which was the opposite color of the original stamped patio, then he ghosted us for 3 1/2 weeks and brought my landscape renovation almost to a hault, waiting for him to address the issues. Marc sent two guys to try to repair at least the color since the concrete was already beyond repair. They put a sealer remover down on the original patio on a Thursday night and never returned until the following Tuesday. Of course, No Marc. He sent Brian, his manager who tried to repair the awful stamped concrete work by trying to grind the stamp design into the concrete. Just made it worse. We discussed all the options of color and decided the best thing to do would be to just paint a stain color sealer on both the new and the old concrete to match them. He explained It would be a three coat process. So they applied 2 Coats of whatever the stain was and then they left. When I called Brian after I realized they had driven away, he said they were done. He said, that's it. That's all they were doing. Within days, the stain on the original patio started to bubble and peel up.because they never removed the original sealer properly. My landscaper, who had paid them the same day they did the concrete work called Marc several times to come back and try and repair this mess. He would not and said he was going to refund us two thousand of the six thousand dollar job, which he never did. My landscaper deducted the $6,000.00 from my balance because he paid Marc without seeing the job and took responsibility as he should have. I believe he turned the matter over to his lawyer. This was the worst 5-6 weeks of aggravation and frustration. To date, the concrete looks awful and most of the sealer has peeled off the original patio. Awful job! Buyer beware!!"
