"Do not use this company for any tile work. We had no choice but to use them as our new home builder, NOVA Builders, picked this company to tile our kitchen laundry room and bathrooms. We had an L-shaped crack run completely through our kitchen from one entrance to the other, approximately 20 tiles=20 square feet. You can't get anyone to call you back or anyone to make things right with Charles Wells. It was like pulling teeth to get this company to come out and fix our kitchen floor the first time. It took over a month to get the company to come out to fix the grout cracking and then they sent us a bill in the mail for a service fee a month after fixing the floor,which we paid. Less than 6 months later we now have the same cracks running through the exact same area in our kitchen AGAIN. We paid thousands of dollars to upgrade from the standard linoleum flooring to porcelain tile floors and the kitchen looks awful. We will not use this company to repair their work again. We will hire another company to repair the tile correctly and then take them to court for reimbursement."
