"The CCT driver delivered the concrete as expected. However, during the cleanup process, they left a large plywood board on our drain area that had wet concrete all over it and didn’t take it with them or bother to clean it up. It has now solidified on my drain and I can’t get it up. We have emailed and called this company, no response to email and we got the run around when we talked to the unhelpful representative on the phone. We were told the “boss” would call us back, but haven’t received any other follow up. Very unprofessional way to do business."
