"I was in search of a family practice Dr. for my husband.I called Dr. Harris's office and was greeted by a nice professional front desk person. She gave me a appt that was about 2 to 3 weeks out. I was perfectly fine with that. We went for the new patient visit and her nurse was also very professional also. The Dr. came in shortly and she stole our hearts. She is very soft spoken and kind and talks to u on ur level. My husband really liked her. And again,the office staff,nurse, and Dr. were just what we were looking for."

"My first bad experience was when I received a call from her nurse to inform me I needed to come in for a consultation due to abnormal lab work. The problem being that the lab work had been done 6 months prior and this was the first notification from them. After that she added a second blood pressure medication to the one I was on due to continued headaches and bounding pulse. I was told to contact her if this didn't correct the issue. I waited ample time for the medication to work and left a message for the nurse to let them know the symptoms had persisted. I receive a call the next day from the nurse telling me I shouldn't be taking both medications, I should have stopped taking the first one. I am 100% positive Dr. Robinson-Harris had absolutely told me to take both, and even told me when I ran out of the medication I had been on first she would call in a pill with the two medications combined! The nurse went as far as to say she would call me back and tell me which pill to stop taking, or maybe even both pills. The next day the nurse calls back, said it's ok to take both pills and the doctor doesn't believe my headaches a re blood pressure related. She spoke over me during this conversation and said I should be fine and if I needed anything else. Not sure if it's the doctor or the nurse, but it scares me how they didn't know what I was prescribed or how to take it and I'm glad it wasn't anything very serious with my blood work. I will be finding a new primary care for sure."

"I was under the care of Dr Robinson-Harris for a little over a year. She is very friendly and attentive but struggles to take proper notes and follow through with patient needs. Multiple times I would leave messages and never hear back. Follow through with needs for osteoporosis drugs was ignored, and faxes from my prescription insurance company were ignored. Just couldn't keep trying to make it work and switched doctors."

"Dr. Harris takes her time to listen to your health concerns and thoroughly discusses care options. So blessed to have her as my health care provider/partner. The staff are very kind and always on time."

"The staff very nice. Dr Harris listens and takes her time with you to diagnose and covers all concerns. I received a list of test that needed to be scheduled in the future to keep me healthy in the years to come. Very thorough. Would highly recommend."
