"Cool guy, very smart and friendly but is also very quick. Front desk staff is nice and also patient (necessary cause I take four years to fill out paperwork lol). Highly recommend."
"I have been going to Dr. Turner for 12 years. I finally found a doctor who takes the time to listen. He is very kind, which is nice compared to the doctors who seem so sharp now-a-days. He is cautious, sympathetic and knowledgeable. He isn't hesitant to recommend a specialist when needed. His nurse is wonderful! If you're looking for a doctor that you can grow older with and has time to listen to you...that's my doctor, Dr. Turner."
"Not pleased at all. I started going to him 9 years ago and was very pleased at that time and was able to get appt when I was sick or needed a check up and he was very thorough, I even referred people to him. This past year or two the service has been awful! Can't ever get appt due to him being booked, off, vacation, sick child, or he has been sick himself (I understand things happen but I have gotten every one of these responses in past 2 years and I rarely get sick or go to the Dr). I have finally decided to switch providers after this past time of calling last month and he was booked and was told to go to walk in clinic (supposedly affiliated with his practice) they recommended calling Primary Care Dr to get bloodwork because they said they can't order that and he has access to those records but was requiring me to come in and be seen by him (I guess another $20 copay to flush down the toilet, they already got one copay when I went to the clinic). The same medical issue came up again and I asked again if he would order bloodwork since I also previously had low vitamins on last that he ran and said needed repeated plus records that I was just seen. Problem was swelling in my hand and it's not like that everyday and the days it acts up is days he can't get me in so would be wasted visit going without the swelling present (the clinic affiliated with him has X-ray on file and visit). I know another person that abuses prescriptions and he is aware of that but hands those out like candy and doesn't make this person come for visit each time. I don't even take Tylenol and all I'm asking for is bloodwork (not that I want blood taken, just want to find out what's going on with my hand). I also know a case not too long ago that he abruptly took someone off a med that they shouldn't have abruptly came off of and ER Dr told this person that it could have killed him. I will no longer refer anyone and I'm currently looking for new PCP"
