"This is a review on a scheduler. I called to see about getting into see Dr Atchley (recommended) and a receptionist just said he’s not taking new patients and I asked who is. She gave me a list of 3 other doctors. So I hung up and did some research. Anyway, I called a few days later and got a nice lady named Kendall. I explained the situation and she said to give her a day or so and she would reach out to Dr Atchley. About 2 days later she called me back to let me know that he actually wasn’t taking new patients. I asked her if she could schedule me with Dr Lancaster. Again she said she’d check and call me back. Today she called to tell me that he accepted myself and my husband and I got scheduled. I write all this to say that I wish there were more kind people to be so helpful, patient, but most of all…she did exactly what she said she’d do. Most of the time I would’ve felt like I’d have to call again, but I felt that she’d call me back. People like her deserve so much more than they’re given. Unfortunately I didn’t get her last name, but first name is Kendall I believe. Rhonda McKeehan"

"Don't go see neurologist at this place. I went in to see Selena for some serious pain issues that are still abnormal in my brain. I was dismissed and not heard. She didn't take time to hear me she judge me before she even heard about all my issues I am still experiencing. And wants to just throw therapy at me and strength my neck. My neck isn't the issue the issue is Selena isn't the best for you to see. These are the DRS that give us anxiety about Dr and deter us from seeking help because I am treated as if I'm below her. I am filing a complaint with the state. If I had top notch insurance she would have heard me and Seen me."

"you’d do better to just perish and die, then to go here. Imagine going to middle Tennessee for any serious medical condition. I’d sooner stroke out then to ever go there again. Nurses and doctor had the audacity to tell my dentist that I had dental anxiety as reason for me super high BP, blotchy face, numb hand and chest lmao and then to top it off the second time I went there - the nurse who was at first really nice- said to me (after another really high BP reading), ‘are you afraid to have your BP taken?’ lmao as that was her reasoning my BP was super high- so my arm was numb, my face blotchy, and tingly and my ear ringing on left side for days, and it’s because i’m a afraid of the dentist and getting my BP taken? LMFAO. Please destroy all my medical records with you; place should be sued and shut down. It’s only a matter of time before you kill me or someone. Fools"

"I have been going here for a few years. I see Dr. Kuhl as my primary care and Dr. Irizarry as my endocrinologist. Both of those doctors are the best I have ever encountered. They care, they listen, and they are knowledgeable. It is always easy to get an appointment and the staff is always extremely helpful. Wonderful physicians, wonderful practice."

"Doctors are good from what I have experienced so far. All I know is I paid my copay when I arrived and now I’m getting billed again. This is the second time. I have tried to call and get questions answered but they cant seem to get the transfer to billing correct so I can figure out what is going on and then it just end up getting dropped from the call. Please fix your call issues for your Medical Group it is beyond unprofessional and needs so much improvement. It’s so frustrating because health care is so expensive and this has to be one of the worst set ups for answering calls and questions I have ever experienced."
