"I have been going to Cherokee Healthbin Alcoa TN for a few years now. The receptionists and workers at the front are always very nice, and the lab tech is so sweet and I've never had a problem with her taking my blood at all. I was recently switched to Jordan as my main doctor, and he is amazing. Always listens to my concerns or problems without making me feel like he is rushed to get to another patient. He's very knowledgeable, and has honestly given me the best care that I have received there. Please remember they are usually busy, so sign in, wait your turn, and be nice to all of them. Also, if you don't use their pharmacy now, please take the time to look in to it."

"The receptionists are rude and act like the patients are an inconvenience. The doctors and staff do not listen to concerns expressed by the patients. I feel like I am always being rushed out of the office. I don't think I have ever had an appointment here that lasted longer than 10 min. Not to mention billing is a joke. I have been coming here for years but will likely be finding a new PCP elsewhere that will at least act like they care. Do better, Cherokee."

"I moved to the area from out of state 11 years ago and did not have any medical insurance. I was pretty much lost at what to do because at the time I was not working and needed care. I reached out to Cherokee Health and they immediately gave me an appointment. I was able to get care on a sliding scale basis. The care I have received has been very good overall. Due to personnel changes, they have had to assign me several different doctors over the years but other than that… all has been well. I need to give a shout out to your nurses and lab techs who always do a stellar job with the least amount of discomfort. My doctor that I have had for about 4 years now is amazing and hope that she will continue to be my doctor for as long as possible. Caytlin Cardwell is professional and thorough. I attribute much of my success in bettering my health to her care and guidance. Thank you!"

"Good practice for general health needs. The lab is outstanding. Wait time can be longer than I like to get into see my provider due to scheduling and it some times is a wait at appt time to see your provider. I do enjoy the pleasant dispositions of everyone there. There is an after hours nurse available via phone after practice is closed that I have found invaluable. Overall, you need to try this practice. I think you will like it."
