"It’s been a few years and I forgot to review it back then. I had a higher-end renovation project and had a pretty high budget for about 15 windows. I sent a standard request for an estimate. Here’s what John sent me: “Unfortunately, we do not offer the quality product, price and service that would be conducive to a 'flip" house situation. Good luck with that!” I responded: “I'm sorry, but what information have you based this assessment upon? You do not know the style, price, or scale of the renovation. It seems quite premature to simply refuse a potential sale based upon a personal feeling. I'm just curious... “ As expected, I received no response. Seems to be a pretty smug attitude towards a potential customer. Either that, or he was just too lazy to do another estimate. It’s cool, bro, I spent around $40K with a direct competitor. Cheers!"
