"ARC did an extensive remodel of my house-converted a dining room to a kitchen, the old galley kitchen to a laundry room/butler's pantry, replaced laminate flooring with wood flooring, redid the plumbing, remodeled two bathrooms, and both installed and closed up several windows. Debbi listened to me really well and spent a lot of time in the planning period making sure the layout was exactly what I wanted, she redid and modified the layout a few times before they started to make sure it was what I wanted. She also had a lot of helpful suggestions. They stayed within my budget and were very transparent about prices from the start and the break down of individual items so that I could pick and choose if I really wanted something or if I wanted to forgo it to reduce cost. Aaron, Debbi, and the entire work crew were very professional, respectful, and approachable. In the end, the final project was beautiful (better than I had hoped for). My expectations were more than exceeded and I love my new house. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone wanting anything from a small project to something larger."
