After all the turndowns was able to see Anthony at bright motor and not only did he get me in a vehicle he was multitasking and taking care of me and another customer. Not once did I feel like he was just trying to sale a vehicle and get me out. he was actually very tentative and we chatted about life outside of work and money. He is a great guy to get you what you need! Also learned he owns a pizza company and look forward to trying his pizza with our new car!"

"I have purchased an entire fleet from Bright Motors. 3 Work trucks totaling somewhere around $90,000. The first two were financed with Fishtail Financial. These companies are owned by the same owner. The third was financed by Americas Car Mart which is a new name for Fishtail Financial. I have an $1,000,000.00 per occurrence $2,000,000.00 aggregate full coverage policy with a $1000 deductible. You cant get a commercial insurance policy with a $500 deductible accept from Progressive Commercial and it would cause my rates to double to get a $500 deductible. My business does over $1,000,000.00 volume per year and these people dont trust me to have a $1000 deductible. They have forced me to pay for a supplemental policy that only protects their interest. I even offered to purchase a bond for the deductible amount. Bad move. I could have been good for 10 trucks over the next few years. Your policy is insulting."

"I started out at Kia of Knoxville. After 2 days of running to get paperwork I was never asked to get the first day I was turned down. The vehicle 2018 Sorento, no warranty and setting on E literally was told they couldn't afford a tank of gas if I bought it. Found Bright motors and Anthony had a car in 30 minutes with warranty and 8 percent less interest and full tank of gas. Check Anthony and Bright motors out."

"The overall experience @ Bright Motor Company, was top tier! Easy to work with atmosphere, and that's a must, when buying a vehicle!! However, do NOT purchase the warranty plans. The warranty plans, are complete trash. Save yourself the money, and the hope, that your vehicle, is taken care of."
