"This studio is unique. Let me share why. 1. The community is excellent, and the owner pays much attention to building a strong community where every member supports each other. It was so helpful for me because I’ve just moved to Knoxville, and I didn’t know anybody yet. 2. Energy. I work with executives, and 90% of my daily time, is male energy. But here, there is a lot of female energy, which is mindful and refreshing. 3. Health and motivation. Every day I meet amazing women of different ages who are successful, healthy, and beautiful. They serve as an example, and I am motivated to be like them when I’m 75 years old. Finally, the type of exercise is fun, and the instructors are absolutely amazing.
