"We originally met with Jeff to discuss a new/custom home build. We met with multiple GCs to get an idea what the possibilities were. Everyone assured us our project ideas were possible, but Jeff was the first to tell us honestly that although it was possible, staying in our budget range was highly unlikely. Boy did we appreciate that no-punches-pulled frankness! We ultimately scrapped that project and ended up buying an existing home which required some updating. Based on our previous experience meeting Jeff, we enlisted the help of Falcon Development for a kitchen & primary bathroom remodel. No sooner did that project began than a pipe burst and flooded the home over the chilly Dec 2022 holidays while we were away.
