"We were on vacation, from Iowa, and our cruise, check engine light, etc came on. Joshua was the nicest, kindest service advisor we had ever dealt with! He got us right in, ran the diagnostic and we needed a new gas cap as the seal was torn & there was an evaporation leak. They replaced the gas cap and in an hour or so later we were on our way. He didn’t charge us for the diagnostic and we really appreciated that. We are giving Grayson 5 stars because they treated us like we were the only ones in there and they were swamped as the waiting room was full! Thank you!!"

"I had a most amazing experience with Grayson Subaru from start to finish! My partner and I have been glancing at the Subaru models for several weeks now. He went to the dealership on 6/24 and worked with Joe. He had a great experience and came home with a 2025 Forester! We love it and it suits him perfectly!
