"I had recently rented a vehicle from a local Enterprise Car Rental Place. I mentioned to the person handling the rental agreement that I was in the market for another vehicle and he said that he would give my name to a person at the Sales office. The person contacted me, asked me what I was interested in buying and he sent me the spec sheets for a vehicle that they had that was available. I scheduled an appointment and went over to look at the vehicle on a Saturday, I had been looking for a Jeep Cherokee, they had a Grand Cherokee as had been shown on the spec sheets. James handled the sale very well, he set up the financing process, the licensing process, and even called my insurance company to ensure they had the proper documentation for the new vehicle.
