"I am currently writing this review in tears. I was profiled hardcore this evening/early morning by a McDonald's employee and the night shift cashier of this Casey's location. Don't know his name but once he saw me he apologized but the damage was done. I suffer from medical issues that tend to wake me up in the middle of the night in severe pain due to the lovely IBS and due to the situation me and my husband are in we sleep in our car at Walmart, so whenever the bathroom urgencies hit we always come to this Casey's. But after tonight I really don't think I ever want to step foot in here ever again. Me and my husband are regulars for this location, both day shift and nights, and I had to use the bathroom bad, the female from McDonald's came in repeatedly asking if I was okay, I told her yeah and that I was having a stomach cramp (typical with my IBS), as soon as my husband walked in the Night shift cashier of Casey's was like "oh it's you. Sorry I was checking to see if she was okay." Yeah the woman came in 3x and he almost walked right into the bathroom to check to see if I was himself too. He apologized once he saw and recognized me and my husband and stated he was worried I had committed suicide, or overdosed or something in the bathroom. Umm, excuse me? I literally just had to use the bathroom and I was profiled as suicidal or a drug addict out of nowhere... yet we come in all the time. That absolutely hurt my feelings... not once have I ever gotten treated this way here until now. I get it yall deal with ODs from drug addicts off and on here... I know... I dealt with it too when I worked there... when it was still known as PILOT. But that doesn't mean you profile or hear the McDonald's employee mention the cops over a regular who's on hard times just using the bathroom all because you want to profile people. May never spend another dime here."

"A very weird store and poorly managed, there was a man nodding off in front of the coffee machines and when I made it apparent to the manager on duty all he said was "That's my helper" and laughed. This was at 4 in the afternoon, I usually do not visit at that time of day as I work a late shift.As far as the Night Crew (Even though I only see ONE guy there) they are always respectful and patient but they definitely have their hands full."

"I come to this gas station daily, I hate to leave a bad note but something needs to o be done about Jess on night shift. I get off work after midnight, and every single time if she's there the bathroom is closed and 8 times out of 10 the store will be locked. I've tried waiting thinking maybe it's a break,( and note it's not for the thing that happens around 4am. ) but after 30 mins the store is still closed. Now when I do actually get to come in the store ever since she started she has been rude, hateful, making disrespectful comments. I have always been nice to everyone at the store, I hate to see her cause problems like this but she gets worse every single time I see her. I've witnessed her call customers names, even once a black lady the N word , she reminds me of the trash people that work at the Casey's on south side. She has no class, doesn't do her job but apparently she has management believing she does. I really hope she has consequences for her actions She has done nothing but make the store look bad since day one. I will end this on a positive and say that the rest of the staff are very kind and professional."
