"Michelle Love was great to work with and was communicative and nice. Rick Clayton, not so much. I purchased a used Lexus vehicle from them on a rainy, stormy Saturday as they were closing. In hindsight, I should have driven the car when I could thoroughly inspect it and not given in to their hard push to buy it that day. Nonetheless, I immediately noticed a droning sound coming from the car. I immediately told them I'd like their mechanic to look at it. They told me that wouldn't be a problem. I took off work to get the car back to them. I waited all day and had no response or return call, so I drove there. Rick laughed at me and said he personally drove the car, and "it's fine." I asked him if he was a mechanic and if an actual mechanic had looked at the car as he had promised. Again, he just laughed and said it was fine. He treated me very much like a "dumb woman" who didn't know anything about cars and refused that his mechanic take a look. Never again will I purchase a car from this dealership or this man. As it turns out, it was a known issue with the car, and if the mechanic had looked at it or if they had contacted Lexus about the noise, they would have learned there was a service bulletin in place to fix it at no charge. Customer service is everything. Get it together, Clayton Volvo."
