"Service was amazing, from start to finish. They picked me up at Toyota Collision within just a few minutes of my calling. I didn't have to wait to get my car once at Enterprise and was offered a nice upgrade. The car did smell a little of smoke but it was a nice car and I decided to take it. Enterprise staff checked on my satisfaction more than once during the rental and once it was complete. Very good service!"
"Had some accident damage on my car, so I took it in for repair. The insurance company set up a rental car with Enterprise on Parkside. They were great to work with. They picked me up at the body shop and took me to their office, where they quickly covered all the paperwork, issued the car, and sent me on my way. The whole process took about 15 minutes. While my car was in the shop, I received a call from them to see if I was satisfied with the rental. When my car was fixed, I called them to ask how they wanted me to return the rental and they gave me a choice of bringing it back to their lot or have them come pick it up. As it was on the way, I chose the former. They had me checked out in minutes and then dropped me off at the body shop. Unlike my accident, the process was painless!"

"I have found my experience very enjoyable with this enterprise location as I have rented from Enterprise exclusively but I have had less thrilling rentals and other Enterprise locations. My recent one prior to this rental was in Birmingham Ensley area. The vehicle was not available that I wanted. Sad to say, it was a disaster there, but I will focus on this rental location. The associates here are very friendly. The vehicles are abundant. and I had no mechanical issues I would give this Enterprise location at five star rating based on the knowledge experience and the fleet here I will have a rental from here again if I’m in the area thank you so much for the Knoxville Tennessee associates"
