Occasionally, I request certain areas be touched up, and the team has always been willing to fix those issues. The lounges are fantastic. Love the collaboration with Kbrew! "This is more like a Harper car dealership than a car wash. Orchids on the tables in the concierge area? A Feco Coffee grinder? An Elkay personal bottle refiller? Are you kidding me? This is not your father’s car wash! I was blown away by the kindness of Bobby Eggers who apparently is the manager but I didn’t realize it at the time. He was very patient and explained everything to me in great detail. He even accompanied me to the entry gate for my first wash to make sure the process was glitch free and it was. After this experience I immediately canceled my other car wash membership (starts with a Z) which can’t compare. What a benefit to get the interior done! While I’m waiting I’m sitting in a bright concierge area with a big screen TV, fresh coffee, clean rest rooms, snack bar, and huge glass view of a pit crew working on the inside of my car! Sell your stock in Z and P! The Wash is open 7am to 8pm. The interior bay closes at 5:30."

"First time at Harper car wash and I got the "white glove" wash which includes window cleaning, vacuum, and light detailing. Before the car wash they brush the car so there are no missed spots (like the tailgate) that happen at other car washes. It is a great service that I'll use every 3 months or so. The equipment is a little old, so the new car wash being built down the street is timely. I'll definitely be back."
