"Had a trailer bearing go out on me just outside of Williamsburg, KY towing our boat home from Norris Lake and found ourselves stuck on the side of the highway. Found Tommy’s Towing service from a web search and am SO THANKFUL I found them to help. They had two guys out to see me within 10 minutes of calling them and went out of their way to find a replacement bearing set and ended up fixing it one the side of the highway to get my family back on the road faster than I ever could have imagined. They we so friendly and were set on doing what they could to get us repaired and back on the road. Wish I had a place like this near where I lived, highly recommend Tommy’s for anyone looking for a great experience with any unexpected transportation issues you may have. THANK YOU AGAIN!"

"We just experienced a busted tire on our way back to Indiana from Pigeon Forge on the interstate and were stranded on the side of the road. Googled tires nearby and Tommy's was the first to be listed, plus had great reviews for similar situations. They came out within 20 min (and helped me see where to find the size of the tire I needed), took it off and went and got a new tire all within an hour and a half. Fairly priced and got us on our way. Thank you!!"

"My family got a flat tire right outside Jellico, and we found Tommy's. My husband called and we got in to see him in an hour. I didnt go with my husband but he said Tommy was so friendly, and nice. Even at 9 pm he was willing to fix our tired. He also shared his wife was celebrating her birthday, so we hope she had a great day. Im sorry to have taken your husband away on your birthday."

"On Saturday night our truck and at least a dozen others hit debris on I75 near Jellico. The tow truck driver took us to Tommy's. Tommy worked all Saturday night yet he & his staff opened their shop on their only day off to help stranded travellers. Other cars who hit potholes were also serviced & on their way in mere minutes. If not for Tommy & team they would have been stranded for many hours. We waited for 5 hours for AAA to show up Saturday night so we finally called a local gent. These people on Sunday would have waited hours on end for AAA to not show up. We were worried Tommy, being a small shop, might not have 2 tires for our truck. When the tires were removed we had huge holes in our rims. Tommy & staff called everyone & every place they could think of. Their friends called friends. Tommy assured us he could get a used one in the morning when the wreckers opened. He drove 60 miles round trip on Monday morning before his shop opened so we could leave in good time. He had to search the wreckers just to find a tire. We needed 2 but were able to use our spare because it was full size. The tire was in new condition and same as what we had on our truck. The rim was perfect too. We were blown away when we got the bill amount becuase it was so low. We expected triple because they dedicated many hours to helping us. Our local garages charge $150 an hour. Special mention for Jesus who put his heart & soul into trying to get us a tire on Sunday. He has a true passion for people and his job. Every company should only dream of having someone as dedicated as he is. The kindness and empathy by Tommy, his staff and his family won't ever be forgotten. They turned a huge nightmare around."

"I hit a pothole coming through the mountains leaving Gatlinburg heading back to Ohio. Hitting this pothole left a bulge in my tire that was not safe to ride on. We called this shop and Jesus got us in right away. He found a tire the same inch that would help me safely make it home. We made it the rest of the 200 miles home and I got my car in the shop the next day. Thank you Jesus and Chase as well. Very superb service at a very fair price. Thanks again guys you saved us !"
