"First off, let’s talk about James, at least I think that’s his name! James is a young man who was working the check in area and register. I literally watched this man take my payment, then ran to clean my car as well as several others before going through the wash, AND then run to help people with the detailing. He is incredible. Not only is he helping in every aspect (it was insanely busy today) but he does it with a smile on his face. I can not express enough how much credit this man should be given for his dedication! Secondly, I’ve came here twice. I live in SC so I only come to TN to see my family now. With that, in SC it is $200 to get your car detailed… not here! $89 is a BREEZE! I can hand it off and watch them work their magic, not to mention when they give it back it is ALWAYS amazing. I have a white husky so his hair is EVERYWHERE in my backseat. They always manage to get it all as well as clean my dash (it surprisingly accumulates a lot there). They do amazing work and really take pride in what they do. I can’t recommend this location enough. Lastly, for other customers, if you’re like me and your car gets really dirty since your time is already stretched thin: bring a snack and a drink. The seating area offers hot tea, coffee, and water, but I personally like to have an iced coffee or coke while I relax. They’re going to take their time because they are proud of their work— be ready to sit for a while— trust me, it’s worth it!!! If you haven’t already — ditch the other car washes where you do it yourself. Go to Synergy. It might be more pricy but the experience is worth it every time. GIVE JAMES A RAISE OR SOMETHING, SERIOUSLY!"

"Requested the presidential and it looks amazing! The leather interior treatment made everything look brand new again, all the small details were never missed. You can definitely tell that the wax was needed on the exterior as well. My jeep smelled so good and clean when they finished! Thanks to Dylan and his team for taking care of me today."

"Staff was very friendly… but that doesn’t really make up for the fact that they barely wiped down or vacuumed anything inside. definitely not worth paying almost $50 for a “full service” detail when i’m going to have to go home and finish the job they started."

"Agree with reviewer—great and fast service for the price—I have zero complaints. I have a matte wrap and getting a hand wash is timely infrequent and expensive or you can do it yourself. I was in 5pm. Out by 545pm. Great place to sit and work. Tried it but will sign up for the monthly works membership! Thanks. Great consumer need and this meets a consumer need!"
