"We had a mini sink hole on the edge of a culvert on our driveway. We called Jeff Fisher and he gave us a guote fairly quickly with a range that included a scenario where tube running under road would be replaced. He did an excellent job. The price was fair. He spent about 4 days and replaced the large tube in the streambed with a more modern one that didn't look like metal. (Previous one rusted apart at bottom). He covered it with layers of dirt and put crusher run over it . Tapping it down, etc. Poured concrete into the mini sink hole and planted ivey on one side of culvert and pine needles on the other and poured concrete to form frame around pipe. He refurbished the pine straw where his vehicles had been. He communicated a lot in intervals and with photos during the process and listened and adjusted. I am totally thankful with the rapid and excellent job that was completed by Jeff Fisher. He even said he wants to come back in 6 months to check the area and make sure everything is still good. "Jeff Fisher came out almost two weeks ago to give me an estimate for foundation repair on my home. He let us know that he would have an estimate for us by the weekend (4 days later). I called on Saturday after I hadn't received the estimate, and Jeff said he'd have it to me by the next day. When I hadn't received it by the following Tuesday, he assured me he'd have it to me by noon the next day. When I hadn't received it by the following Thursday, he stopped answering my calls. I can't speak to the quality of their work, but their customer service is terrible, and it would seem that calling them is a waste of time."
