"We were initially concerned that this contracting company had only one review, but decided to call for an estimate, nonetheless. An individual from the company came to our home to take measurements, consult with us about our desired addition, and said he would get back to us with an estimate. Over a week passes and we hear nothing. I call and the receptionist tells me the contractor will call me right back. That doesn’t happen. I call again and we are told by the receptionist, not the guy who came out and took measurements, they cannot bid on our project. And this is a 50k+ project, btw. How unprofessional not to have the courtesy to at least call and inform us of the aforementioned. There is a reason the company is not well reviewed."
