"I was hired to be an MEP Coordinator on the Pearl project AKA Amazon in Alcoa Tn. The building is 647,000 sq feet in size and 100 ft tall from the ground to the roof, They refused to install a outside manlift elevator on the project , this is a dangerous safety violation and is against OSHA rules and regulations. The only access to the floors from the ground is stairs, leaving no way for workers to get equipment and materials, and tools up to as high as the roof. I brought this to there attention, with no response other than they refuse to install one. Not to mention the danger of someone having a heart attack or serious injury, making it impossible to get a person to the ground floor for paramedics when they arrive. Avoid this company if possible"
