"Rented a storage unit for $140 a month after I have been there for 2 months they raised my rate to $220! Now that everything is moved in. Do not rent from here bait and switch this is not ok very shady tactics. Also roof leaked and damaged boxes of clothes in unit damaging tools and my sons ice hockey uniforms"
"The rental process was very easy with informative staff and very affordable. The facility is THE cleanest storage facility I've ever used. Security is tight and that is great. I'm very pleased with my choice and thankful Prime Storage had the size unit we needed."
"It's relatively clean. Some of their staff is very helpful and accommodating. However the ad I saw and the unit I chose, quite clearly advertised 24 hour access with no asterisk or anything bringing attention to the fact that they charge a fee that would double the cost of the unit. When I got off work at 2am and went to pick up some belongings I was assaulted by a denial of my access code because it wasn't during business hours. Quite the inconvenience. I would go as far as to suggest it was an intentional misleading tactic to help garner more traffic or units being leased. The price isn't unreasonable for the unit itself however. Adding insult to injury the ad that I initially responded to also had me mislead in the regard to the necessity for insurance which I wasn't informed of until after I paid the initial money for the unit. Just deceitful, misleading, borderline scam."

"We’ve been using Prime Storage for over a year now. Dan has been great to work with since the beginning. When an issue came up, he was able to resolve it in a timely manner and help us move forward. Location is right off the interstate and works well for us. We feel safe in the building and cameras are well placed. It’s easy to load and unload our unit on the third floor. The bathroom is usually dirty with overflowing trash and locked on the weekends which can be inconvenient. We are overall happy to store our belongings here."
