"At the last minute, I needed a storage box after some damage due to a sprinkler system. I needed to empty a room full of furniture quick. After checking with three different companies, Units got a box delivered to me immediately. The delivery driver Michael was very kind, asking where we wanted it and was this OK and did we need anything else. It was also cool watching him move the box around by remote control! I also love that this is a local company."

"Units is the best way to go when considering an in town move. We shopped around and found them to be the most affordable for our budget. From the beginning, the customer service was top notch! You actually get to speak with the people involved and get through to them without the "call center" frustration we get everywhere else these days. You get the peace of mind to track your belongings when it's picked up and delivered and know what's happening every step of the way. Benjamin handled the formalities (contract, answering question, taking payment etc) flawlessly and even made our initial delivery! I was even able to pay cash on delivery which is unheard of these days. When we were loaded up and ready to go, we simply drove to our new house and waited on our delivery. Michael did great at picking up our unit and delivering to our new house. He was friendly, courteous and communicated his location and time frame. He made sure we were completely satisfied with the position of our unit so we could easily unload. We're soooo happy we chose to go with Units instead of the traditional moving truck. 5 stars from us!! Wouldn't have changed a thing!
