"This is one of the best parks in Loudon or Lenoir City. We live in paintrock and drive all the way up there just so our grandson can play. This is safer than the others for smaller kids, and it has plenty for the bigger kids. It's got Sod padded grass and a variety of all things to play on regardless of the age group. We started to take our grandson there when it first opened, and he was only 1 1/2 yrs old. It's gated, so it's not so easy for the kids to run off. I would recommend this park if you're looking for somewhere that's safe and fun for all ages. Now it has an additional splash pad right beside it, and it has added a Pavillion to it with more bathrooms with a family bathroom for changing into dry clothes."
"Busy at times but an absolutely wonderful playground to take your kids to. The large fence surrounding the area is an added security for wandering children. Soft sponge astroturfing and a few benches make for an added confort however you may want to bring a folding chair. A covered area adds a great spot for birthday parties. Two men’s and women’s restrooms conveniently located. During the summer enjoy the adjoining splash pad!"
"Well folks, here I am again after a long time away. Just haven't been able to go anywhere much. For you who don't know me I tend to be a bit long-winded so please bear with me. I also like to look beyond the obvious. Today I'm at Lenoir City TN. park and splash pad. Maps got us here ok, however a couple of things to note. The park is on main street and that's where maps stopped. Didn't let us know where to turn. Well...I found out. If coming from the south you'll want to be in the left lane. From north, right lane. You'll want to turn at the post office. From there, there are two ways in. One is a one way street called Hill St. The entrance is a bit tight so be careful. If you keep going about five hundred feet, you'll come to First St. Make your turn and you'll get to the parking lot of the playground area. Both the splash pad and playground are fenced in. As I said the place is right on Main St. so traffic noise can be somewhat loud at times. Both areas have their own restrooms. It looks like the splash pad was put in quiet a bit later. The restrooms are maintained as best they can for public spaces. There is a large pavillion between the two areas which we reserved for around fifty dollars. We did not see a reserved notice posted. The splash pad doesn't open until ten AM. There are a variety of gizmos for the kids to have fun with. And they do have fun! The playground has the usual playground stuff. The ground is covered with well padded ASTRO turff. One last word. I noticed on the splash pad rule list that it is unsupervised. No problem there. However the last line on the list says if you break the rules, you'll be asked to leave. Being not supervised, who will take you out? Ok, that's all folks. Thanks for staying with me. I gave a three star rating mainly because of the location and also there is always room for improvement. Have a great day and stay safe. PS. The water fountains are turned off as of this post."
"Amazing playground for kids of all ages to play, romp and stomp with a safe fenced in environment. Parents and/or guardians can let the kiddos run amok not having to worry about them wandering off or predators due to strong "see through" barrier fencing. All my grandchildren LOVE ❤ this park playground ☺"
"Good park for kids age 5-12.. has some unique playground equipment you don't normally see at your typical playground.. It has that cool tall synthetic turf over the whole playground. There is a 6-foot tall fence around the perimeter. There is a very nice new parking lot, and they even have brand new bathrooms. The only negative is that it is right beside Main St, which can be very loud on occasion.."
