"Overtime required to work here means: 12 to 14 hour shifts and then your expected to be back at work at your regular time. thats about 5 hours later and than overtime again. oh and they wonder why they cant keep employees. your kind of screwed since jobs are scarce. they need to have HOS regulations. shifts can be as early as 3 am. you'll also be required to work job unrelated to your job discription. your schedule is unpredictable from day to day. you may come in at 7 in the morning one day and turn around at have to be back at 3 in the morning. you cant plan anything ever with your family. that paid holiday they promise you; youll find out at the last minute you have to work. come friday your planning your weekend with the family and find out as your leaving work that you have to work the whole weekend; overtime required. no wonder people get burned out. you never have any rest to recooperate. the executives obviously are oblivious to tge health and well being of their employees or are they?"
