"While shopping I needed to use the restroom. One associate told me, "we lost the key." A second associate was willing to let me use the restroom until she heard the response from the first associate. Why are customers being denied use of your restroom? It's clearly placed in the front of the store for customers to use. I was being lied to. I will be sure to tell my friends about my experience. Completely unacceptable to treat customers this way."

"Convenient but has a very quick turnover rate for cashiers, so there's almost always a new face working every time we visit who may or may not be able to answer any questions you may have! Register set-up is a nightmare; way too hard to line up to pay. Almost always busy, so you can expect a wait in line for the single cashier that's usually working."

"This store is to crowded as far as not enough spaced. Can't look at the clothing be cause the racks are so jammed packed things need to be more organized on the shelves moving one item caused other items to fall. I noticed in other areas there were empty shelving with items to be placed in the floor obstructing walk area.."
