John Sandidge Plumbing 41 Church Street, Murphy, NC 28906

"First time I called for plumbing was when zi needed a toilet replaced. I picked up the toilet for the plumber to install. He installed toilet with no problems in a reasonable amount of time and cost was reasonable, the 2nd time was a few weeks ago. All the plumber had to do was install in two bathrooms new shower head and tub faucet and I asked for him to check the plumbing in the tubs and in the closets where the tub plumbing was. It took over 3 hrs and over $500. This guy was slow, took cigarette breaks, so I asked him if he could help my autistic friend if he could help him in taking a mattress upstairs only bc I thought he had time, as he was outside. This plumber did not do much work and the pipe in my tub was not connected. So he didnt check everything. But took over 3.5 hrs. He was rude to me also. So I will be taking my business to another plumber. When i spoke to the plumber by text message, he reminded me I was suppose to pay him for helping with mattress. To make matters worse, He told me in text message i basically was a crack head. I told him I thought after it took 3.5 hrs and over 500 in charges and many cigarette breaks he already got paid enough, plus he never checked pipe to be connected to tub. He also told me upon leaving that he was backed up with appointments and couldnt get back to me until January, and to install toilets would cost me even more than the first time. I wasnt going to give a review but after his text msges to me I had to do this. Please understand, I had accidentally messaged him first bc I know another person with same first name, and I meant to text another and not this plumber."

"Luckily someone came out to make my repair and did it in less than an hour! Prompt, courteous, and friendly! Will use this company again!"

"Run in the other direction. Extremely RUDE. Came to change out faucets and resulted in a flooded basement ruining thousands of dollars worth of belongings/ductwork damage. The “technician” got extremely aggressive and tried to put blame on us. I have heard since of people having similar experiences. I would never in a million years recommend anyone use this Business."

"I have never in my life had such rude people come in my home and treat me like I was a nobody and accusing me of lying. You don’t come in someone’s home and get to judge them or treat them like it’s their fault. You do the job you came to do and you leave. I was nice to them from the start and there was in excuse for the way that man behaved.They really need to work on their attitude. If it was up to me i would have kicked them out."

"Thank for responding so quickly to my call. I had been waiting 2 weeks just trying to get a plumber to call me back when I decided to try these guys. Left a message a message and to my surprise the next morning he called and was at my door by 9am. Great job at a fair price. Thanks again."
