"This is the company that I used over 30 years ago to put my sons marker on his grave . I do not live there any longer and I called them today to ask them if they would check the marker because the marker is loose and please fix it for me . Their response was of course we will go look at it we probably won’t be able to get to it this week because of the weather and the rain but as quick as it clears up we’ll l be glad to look at it and fix it for you . When I ask him do you take debit cards over the phone or would you like to bill me and I’ll mail you a check he said no ma’am that’s fine they’ll be no charge I will take care of this for you.
