"I have quarterly appointments to monitor and review several continuing medical issues, e.g. blood pressure, Type 2 diabetes, lipids. Ashleigh is always prepared with helpful interpretations of test results and specialists after-visit reports. She has been prudent in making referrals and but does not pretend or guess in the area of diagnoses. She is a good listener and asks excellent follow-up or clarifying questions. If I feel a need for consultation between appointments she is quick to respond with a written suggestion or asks staff to follow up with a phone contact. She also has a very competent nurse partner who efficiently handles all the preliminaries."
