"They keep telling me that the billing department is in another state, yet the bills have their office phone number on it. They submitted a bill incorrectly to my insurance back in June and they still haven’t fixed it. When I call the office they are either very rude or they hang up on me. Apparently they have new owners and they either fired everyone that worked there or they quit. The new staff is completely unprofessional. They even told me that the old practitioner that I used to see took my medical records home so they are now lost, since he no longer works for them. Ever since they were taken over by new owners it has went completely down hill. Not only would I not “recommend” this office, I would highly recommend you go somewhere else. Edit: We have a very different understanding of treating people “poorly.” I have been trying to get the billing issue resolved since June. You cannot tell me that the billing person has been in Montana since June. I was at the office when Pam conferenced in the insurance company and they told her how to resubmit the billing to adjudicate it correctly. I also explained how to do it to the new owner when she was checking us in for the last visit. I never cursed on the phone call nor did I raise my voice. I AM clearly frustrated, but I do not name-call, nor do I yell at anyone. In what way was I treating someone poorly. Yesterday I was told that there was no one in the office and they would be back on the 20th, but when I called back there WAS someone else in the office that was willing to help. Today I was told that there was no one in the office that could help. I did say that I didn’t believe him, because yesterday he blatantly lied to me. I have been going round and round trying to fix this issue and the insurance company specifically told you how to fix it. Yet you keep sending me a bill that is 13 times our negotiated copay."

"If they would replace that lady at the front window then that place would get 4 stars. She's rude and messes up your bills and expects you to pay again. She's done this to others as well. She needs to retire or go find a job where she doesn't have to work around others. Also this place overly books appointments and you have to wait way over your scheduled time. That's so unprofessional. Other then that I liked the nursing staff and the doctor."
"I called to make an appointment for my husband and I as the doctor was recommended. HOWEVER, the office staff is unprofessional, rude and inadequate. I changed the insurance information to their office like asked and when I got there for my appointment I was told it did not change in their computer system and could not have my appointment until it did. I called the insurance company it showed them as the active doctor and there should be no problem. While still on the phone with the insurance company in the office she told me she would confirm everything the extremely rude receptionist told me I am not talking to them. I walked out. My husband who is a combat veteran called to get further information being it is a "walk-in" clinic how can you refuse an insured person with them as a doctor. He was treated worse at this place then he gets treated at the VA. She had no viable answers and when I called back told me that because of my husbands personality they would not accept us as patients. I would not recommend them to anyone and if asked I would surely steer them away. This is a horrible place with uncaring office staff."
