"I came in too the emergency care today to see Kerri Foster for tooth pain, I had a nerve exposed and am in extreme pain. She gave me about 60 seconds of attention before deciding I just wanted narcotics. Completely ignoring everything I was saying and scolding me like a child. One of the most unprofessional experiences I have ever had with medical professionals and I will never go back to that place, they don't treat you like humans and it's sickening to watch them play god. SHAME on you doctor foster."

"Been waiting since Sat for lab results..Finally got ahold of someone in lab to be told they gave me wrong container for test..said she tried to call..never received a call or message..very upset"

"Update my son in law went to patient relations the tech who denied my daughter an echo did not get in trouble. My daughter we found out has a worse heart issue and had to go to Grand Rapids. The PA Brett Johnson who yelled at my son in law and said my daughter was to complicated didn’t get in trouble so if your sick don’t go to mercy health Ludington. They need better doctors people who actually care. Thanks to the pa and the tech who denied my daughter is worse. I’m telling everyone not to go there. Terrible place. Brett is not even a real doctor and I have talked to other hospitals and they said techs do not have the right to deny care. I guess we’re going to have to keep fighting to get the terrible doctors out."

"Staff is always very polite and easy to work with. If you have a problem with them..it was probably you that starting the downfall as I have always have had very nice attitudes from the ladies there. Dr. Brent Johnson is very down to earth and a no nonsense Dr. but still has a small town attitude that makes you feel comfortable when there. Also never really had to wait long with my appointments as was in and out within a hour."
