"What a odd site on the shores of Lake Michigan....it's really an oddity and interesting place to see and learn about. If your close check it out. Only downside is very poorly maintained parking lot, walkways, and structurally suspect bridge going over the road. Looks like it was built in the early 1970s and never touched again. Nice job Consumers Energy, just maintain the dike please."
"Extremely cool place! Lots of information about hydro electricity, and allows for stellar views of Lake Michigan! It was raining and foggy when we were there, but the view would be much better if it wasn’t so cloudy. We also couldn’t get the the top of the reservoir, due to construction. This place is also under extreme security. If you walk across the street, on the bridge, there is lots of information on boards to read. Wildlife also love this natural area."
