"Area surgeon recommended, Dr. Matthew Rachwalski, reference a work related injury. During a thorough exam, Dr. Rachwalski, ordered an Ultrasound at the injured area. Dr.Rachwalski called 3 days later with the results. Confirming what I suspected. He also stated that I (the patient) need not come back for the office visit. That he will have my appointment cancelled. I thanked him for his diagnosis and that I would highly recommend, Dr. Rachwalski, reference any sports or injury medical care."
