"Not only has this hospital misdiagnosed my mother on several occasions leading for her to have emergency surgery at a different hospital. They continue to prove themselves inadequate as doctors they do not listen to your symptoms and when you try to tell them they say that this is just an acute care place that deals with heart attacks"

"North West health didn't catch my gallbladder need to be taken out. Fransican caught it, and it could have killed me if it hadn't been taken out. Emergency room was BUSY! They got me in and examined me immediately. The nurse was bossy, but it's what I needed. I was hyperventilating and blood pressure dropping. Her stern instruction was what got me taking deep breaths and were able to get an IV. Staff was great, Surgeon was great. They even sent in a priest to pray with me. I won't go anywhere else while we are in this area."

"I have had quite a bit of time at this hospital in the past two years. Their surgeons are great. I had to stay overnight and their nurses are top notch. Testing is all on the first floor and once you know how it works it’s pretty streamlined. Even the ER is pretty great and very kind. I have switched all my doctors to this health system."

"The time of care is absolutely ridiculous. Brought my 7 year old in with a broken arm. Had to request an ice pack after waiting over 40 minutes before even being seen by x-ray. We're are now 2 1/2 hours in and are still waiting to be transferred rooms. Once in motion the staff is very caring and glad to help. Unfortunately the vist times are rather lengthy"
