"I was charged wrong. I didn’t realize until I got home and saw my receipt. I was overcharged on 10 items I bought with a holiday discount. I ONLY bought these items because I thought I would get them at the advertised discounted price."
"I can’t stand this place. Every month there’s an issue with filling my prescriptions. My doctor sends a prescription over, they claim they never received it. I bring in a physical script, they can’t find my doctor in the system. I receive an email from CVS at 8 am stating my prescription is ready for pick up, I go after work that same day at 5 pm and am told it’s been returned because I took too long to come pick it up. I ask why it was returned when it’s been a matter of hours since I received an email stating it’s ready, they don’t have an answer. So then I have to wait hours for them to refill it and come back to the pharmacy to pick it up. Im always having to start my medications lte or skip doses because of them which defeats the purpose. They’re always randomly closed for lunch or some other reason that is not posted on their schedule so half of the time when you go the window its closed. This pharmacy is extremely incompetent."
"The pharmacy staff is unkind and shirt patient. I am moving over to another cvs store. Hopefully I will be able to get better, kinder service. I felt like it was a bother calling them."
"Why do I continue to use this pharmacy??? The pharmacy technicians are overworked to a point where they take out their frustrations on the customers. The pharmacy itself always seems to be in disarray. My prescription refills are never filled on the day they are scheduled. Try calling the pharmacy to get a living person to speak with and it takes 5 minutes of phone prompts. My last in-person interaction with one of the technicians went something like this: Me: Can we change the date of my next refill so that it is done on the same day as other refills? Technician: No, I'm not doing that for you as I don't have time. You can wait until next month. Really??? Something that would take 30 seconds in their computer system to adjust and the pharmacy tech isn't interested in helping a customer. Then loudly tells me to take my business elsewhere. Throughout my entire visit I was calm, collect and spoke in a even-keel tone and never once was demanding, loud or expressive in any way. Instead, a 24-year customer of CVS was told: "if you don't like it, you can have your prescriptions filled elsewhere." wow... just wow."
"The store is not well stocked. Most of the coolers and freezers were bare. Many shelves were bare. In the vitamin isle, there were so many tags, and I’m taller, I couldn’t see any products. It’s the day before Labor Day Holiday and your store is barely stocked. Get it together. I would like to comment on the staff but both that I walked by didn’t say anything. I walked up to the self-checkout and out I went."
