"I believe that Dr. Dali is the most professional, caring and honest cardiologist that I have ever met. He has always had time and patience to answer my questions and concerns and just to be there to listen. This is how a professional should treat his patients. That being said, his front office leaves a lot to be desired as that is why I rated the office 3 stars ! Too loud, to many personal conversations, HIPPA violations by the score and somewhere along the way someone is not telling the truth. I asked Dr. Dali a question about a request to his office made multiple times asking him to return a call. Office staff said Dr Dali said I had to make an appointment, however doctor said he NEVER got any of my messages. Someone drop the ball ? I believe so. I believe my Dr. Dali’s answer that he never received my messages. He apologized for his staff even though he has no reason to. Thank you Dr. Dali and your back office staff. Front office, become quieter and more professional. It will make a world of difference to you physicians and your clientele."
