"Place is a mess and dirty... detergent machine was empty....the floors were littered with garbage....machines were dirty and many had out of order signs on them! Needs some management!"

"This place has really gone down hill. All of the washing machines were so dirty, and the coin slots were so sloppy, I'd get $1.50-2 in, and then it doesn't want to take anymore coins or they start to jam, etc. Wasted so much laundry soap AND money. The floors were disgusting, nothing has been swept, vacuumed, or mopped. Vending machines are empty. Bathroom was so unsanitary and garbage was overflowing with paper toweling. This place needs to shut down for awhile and get deep cleaned.."

"This place needs some major TLC. I go there about once a month for the use of the larger capacity washers. It needs good, regular cleaning. I didn't look at the change machine or vending machines this time as generally they are out of order or empty. It did appear that some of the many broken machines have been repaired."

"I had a recent experience where a machine took my money and the owners reimbursed me through mail after writing a note and dropping it in the box for their office. Although it is a small town laundromat, this place does well with making sure the customers are satisfied. Besides that, the machines work, there are snacks and ice cream available for sale, there is a restroom, and a bulletin board for local events and for-sales. WiFi is available through the McDonald's location next door or through Rockies Cozy Kitchen if you go in, order something and then ask for their password."
