Bob was very helpful, he answered all my questions, never was pushy to sell me what I didn’t want or need, and was very professional. Their delivery and set up fee was less than I’d have expected (Bob even switched the dryer door around for us at no charge, thank you). They were very careful getting the washer and dryer down in the basement, they left it cleaner than it was prior to them being here. I can’t say enough positive things about the service they provided us. I’d highly recommend Ackeret Appliance to anyone!!!"
