"Watch your slips - I was charged 3 times for one item. As if Walmart's not making enough money. This is sickening - paying for one item several times - happens almost every time I shop, being overcharged. I don't know what their training protocol is, but obviously people don't know how to scan properly. Either train your people correctly or get an IT manager who knows how to program the checkout machines correctly. Guess I'm switching to self checkout because no one knows what they are doing. Also, good luck trying to get in contact with anyone if you call the store - no answer at the service desk. Can't wait until Woodman's opens in the Wausau area. I am driving there when it opens and skipping Walmart."
