"Please do not put your parent here. It is a nightmare. The staff is terrible and doesn't know how to treat their patients. The only good staff member was Mellisa. She was amazing. But please for the love of god do not send them to the nightmare facility."
"Personally I hate this facility. They strip a person of their rights and there will to live. Yes there are some amazing staff but the rest of them do not know how to treat a person. I had 2 family member there one of them died in the facility and the other didn't die there but she was there for years. She also had recueve injuries from the staffs negligence. She was paralyzed since about 2009 she had a spinal bleed due to a doctor's medical error. But she was on a 2 person lift to put her into her bed and her chair. They decided to put her on a sit to stand. SHE COULD BO SUPPORT HER OWN WEIGHT! They should have known that from her patient files. If they had done what they were supposed to do she would have not received that injury. She had a huge ulcer that appeared on her lower back after the incident and only when the staff were asked why it was there or if they noticed did they explain their story. They also did not treat the people there with respect at all. There was 1 nurse who was a family favorite her name was Mellisa. She was an amazing nurse and our entire family loved here she treated my great grandma with the respect that she deserved. I miss her dearly. She died July 4th 2023 but we will always remember her. Melissa is the best nurse there. So please for the love of god, do not put your parents in the facility or your family members. Please if you read this take this advice. Thank you"
