"We were hoping for the 5 star experience however after spending $1400 and 3 separate repairs we still have the same issue we took the car in for. The owner then told us we needed to get what we needed fixed, fixed. Unfortunately it seemed like they didn’t want our business. We had taken another vehicle that had an appointment for service (40 mile round trip for 2 vehicles) to be dropped off and were told they couldn’t/wouldn’t do the gasket repair. We even had the parts and we’re willing to pay the $110 extra. They came highly recommended, so disappointed in their lack of communication and services. Huge waste of time and money for us."
